Just a short note to once again thank you for the wonderful time our family had in Austria. The arrangements and your attention to detail were really good and it helped a great deal to make our time there so enjoyable.
Thank you also for your consistent presence and the personal attention – in particular, thank you for arranging a private instructor for Jo'anne.
We are already talking about our next skiing trip – maybe we'll see you again next year! If you perhaps come to Cape Town in future, please give us a call so that we can meet up.
Best wishes for the year ahead and I hope that 2012 will be very prosperous and successful for you.

After all the planning and excitement, the trip passed way too quickly!
Thank you for everything, it was one of the most enjoying and memorable vacations in my life. As you probably know, we were diverted to Rio on the way there, so everything was postponed for 24 hours. In spite of that, we only missed 1 day of skiing and had a ball, although I would seriously consider taking Spanish lessons before Bariloche next year! The people who went out of their way for us were: Camilla in BA, Mary, Nouweil and Santiago from Tolkeyshin in Ushuaia.
The hotels were great, there was no problem with the vouchers, mostly they never even took it. The only small problem was getting on a flight to Ushuaia, we had to go on standby, but got on the first flight out. LAN were superb! If you communicate with the above people please pass on our sincere gratitude. Thank you for walking the extra mile with us, I really appreciate your wonderful service.

The trip was really great. We all had a wonderful time. The resort reps, Ed, Ben and Tracey were also excellent ambassadors for their company – well organised, helpful and fun to be with. Thanks too for all your help in arranging the holiday. I would recommend Pure Skiing to anyone interested in that sort of a trip.

We went to Saalbach from 19th – 26th December 2009 and stayed in Pension Hager. Our tour operators were Chad Niemann & Taryn Sumpton. Chad & Taryn were absolutely fantastic. They managed to control a bunch of complete hooligans between the ages of 4 and 58. They were professional at all times, friendly, helpful and all over great fun.
The program was well organized. The restaurants well chosen and the bum boarding & tobogganing the best fun we’ve had since primary school. We will definitely go on another tour with Chad & Taryn – they are the best!!

Following my first trip to Zell Am See with Pure Skiing I must compliment two of your staff members on the trip, Lloyd and Mike. As a first time visitor to Zell and not much of a skier, I was a bit apprehensive of hitting the slopes both Lloyd and Mike guided me around the slopes and to the various venues such as Hans Schnapps which I thoroughly enjoyed.
Both of these young men made everyone in our group feel very welcome and accommodated our every need, organizing fantastic events such as the Tobogganing evening and some very festive nights out on the town.
I commend your company on sending two young South African men to lead the tour in ‘Zell’, not only were they polite, full of energy and gave good advice as to restaurants, shops etc, but made everyone feel completely at ease. A friend of ours lost her cell phone one evening and both Lloyd and Mike searched all the venues until the early hours of the morning. Although she never recovered her phone, just knowing she was being so thoroughly attended too gave her peace of mind.
I truly look forward to our next trip to Austria, and hopefully these too fine gents will be there on the next trip, as our entire party have very fond memories of them both and the extraordinary lengths they went too, in order to make our experience so special. If only our whole country could give hospitality and service to that level, we certainly would be a country to behold.
Thank you once again for the great trip, and as i say, we look forward to our next trip with anticipation.

As the weeks rush by, my wonderful trip to Austria is fading into a very vague dream! But before it disappears completely, I would like to take the opportunity to thank the Pure Skiing team. Firstly, Sofia for booking and arranging a carefree trip.
I would like to send a special thank you to the Pure Skiing executives in Zell am See, that took such care of me during my stay in Zell. Mike is the now a friend of mine. I was touched by his care and gentleness.
A very, very, very special "Thank you" to Lloyd - This boy is AMAZING! He took such care of his tour-groups that it was difficult for me to squeeze in a "begging-session" for him to help me down the slopes with my "virgin-ski-session"! When I finally got him dragged away from his other groups, he was kind enough to ski with me down the slope - BACKWARDS!!!!!! I was soooo impressed, that the 15 times I fell down before I got back to mid-station was long forgotten!
Thank you to all and especially to Lloyd, if it wasn't for that morning, I don't think I would have attempted the slopes AT ALL!

We are now returned safely after a fantastic trip to Austria etc. The treatment and reception from the Pension was really superb.
Our stay was made very enjoyable. Your representative was always there when you needed him and a joy to be with. He is a great embassador for you.
